Support seekers were fragmented across disconnected channels with no clear guidance on where to start. I led the UX redesign for the support experience with intuitive pathways across chat, phone support, email and self-service, reducing support ticket volume and improving CSAT scores.
Enterprise users struggled to surface relevant information from massive content libraries. I owned the UX and interaction design for a complete search redesign using the Coveo framework with dynamic filtering and AI-powered suggestions post MVP.
The content platform lacked clear hierarchy, forcing users to navigate deeply nested menus. I redesigned the information architecture and created a unified navigation system with embedded search and progressive disclosure. New users onboarded faster and content discoverability increased.
